With over 20 years as a systems engineer in healthcare IT, I've designed and operated medical information systems at scale. I channeled that domain expertise into building a physician-focused SaaS — entirely through collaboration with AI.

Claude Codeとの対話を通じて、企画・設計・コーディング・テスト・デプロイまでを一人でこなし、30日でサービスをリリース。その開発記録を書籍としてまとめ、日英両語で出版しました。

Through dialogue with Claude Code, I handled planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment solo — launching in 30 days. I documented the entire journey in a book, published in both Japanese and English.
